Creating a beat can be challenging but to DJ requires more work ( Not that I am work shy by the way lol ), but because your have to read the crowd, make sure the equipment don't let you down , pray security do their job and not have some drunk wreck your set and make sure you hydrate yourself as I've learnt the hard way to do in the past.
Eating , drinking and light exercise e.g. long walks, short jogs, or even running on the spot for a 15 minutes.

Keeping healthy is not just a physical thing its for me very much a mental thing too.
Everyday I make sure as the day is progressing I filter what type of conversation I am having , what I am doing and with whom I interact with even if its just the local assistant at my local store or someone I've known for years or just a few days.

Everyone has a routing or does a special type of way they religiously look after themselves but I not only make sure physically and psychologically I am stable but also that my walk with my inner self and others is healthy to.

You'll be a fool to think that most things in life in this dimension come easy, however many today think just that and they step on and rob others from whatever little joy or peace they had, so I have learned that you need to protect your self from the wolves and make sure at the same time you never just follow everyone or anyone person or way and end up becoming a sheep.

When we think about staying fit/health we tend to not only forget that also means having a healthy mental mindset but also the things we can do that do not have to in tale hours in a GYM at home or on the high-street. Sex as you know keeps you flexible ( With a loving partner not just various strangers or people you might be lying too) and when you go traveling to various places having a dip in the SEA or a POOL can be just as nice as laying you head on a sweaty weightlifting bench press.

So if you have to rub on some lotion and get out in it and stop moaning. You don't have to toast your self alive but let the healthy rays interact with your natural body.
